Daniel M. Clark, Esq.

Daniel M. Clark has been practicing law throughout Metropolitan Detroit for over 30 years. Mr. Clark has worked in the fields of collections, family law, criminal defense, juvenile, real estate development and management including landlord/tennant matters.

As a founding partner of Clark, Hardy, Lewis, P.C. in 1964, Mr. Clark helped build a burgeoning law firm which grew to over 43 attorneys, before he left in 1990 to establish a solo practice.

Mr. Clark has held many leadership posts throughout his career, including:

• Past President, Detroit Bar Association
• Past Commissioner, State Bar of Michigan
• Board Member, Henry Ford Health System

Mr. Clark has been an active member of the State Bar of Michigan and Detroit Bar Association since the beginning of his legal career and has yet to slow down due to his love for the practice of law and his commitment to helping families and businesses build a brighter future.

Richard Clark has worked in the fields of collections, bankruptcy, and family law since beginning his legal career. Mr. Clark represents Simmons and Clark Jewelers, providing collections services for all delinquent accounts accrued by their customers.

Mr. Clark is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Michigan Creditors Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and Federal Bar Association Eastern District of Michigan.
